- What is our working hours?

We open 9:30 in the morning to 11 pm on Monday to Thursday, 9:30 AM to midnight on Saturday, 9:30 Am to 11 PM on Sundays.

- Are you hiring new talent?

We are constantly looking for new, hard-working, and talented person to work with us. If you think you have got all what it takes to work with us then post your resume online and inquire about the employment application.

- Are credit cards accepted?

Yes we do. We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.

- Do you have any return policy?

We do not acknowledge repayments but we really make sure that that our customers are satisfied. If you have any complaints then you can contact us within 24 hours and we assure you that your problem will be solved.

- What are the ingredients which you use in your products?

We only make use of the fresh baked good which comprises of fresh fruits, butter, nuts, and eggs. We make sure that we don’t use any preservatives.

- Are the nuts used?

There are some of our items which contain nuts like- Loaves for breakfast, pumpkin bars, and carrot cake etc. We want to tell that all our products are prepared in the same kitchen.

- Do you also sell tea and coffee?

We have variety of espresso drinks and coffee and we make use of Jack’s natural shade coffee. We have specially made exclusive hot teas.

- Will refrigeration spoil the cupcakes?

The refrigeration will not be destroying your cupcakes but it would be good to consumer ASAP and moreover you will enjoy more when they are fresh.
